Mr. Singh is a member of the Lok Sabha from Rajasthan.

From July 2002 to October 2002, he worked in the Hospitality Valuation Services, Delhi where he evaluated real estate and assisted in Executive Search for various positions for the firms' largest clients.

Mr. Singh has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked in the Sheraton Hotel, US and was an intern in the Hyatt Regency , South Carolina , US ( Dec 1998-Feb 1999); Hotel Beau Rivage ,Geneva , Switzerland (Jan 1997 - July 1997) and J Thomas & Co. Pvt., India (Aug 1994-1995).

He did his schooling from the prestigious Doon School, Dehradun, graduated from St Stephens College in History and took his Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Operations from IHTTI School of Hotel Management in Neuchatel, Switzerland. He did his Masters in Business Administration (in Hotel Management) from Johnson and Wales University, Providence, RI, USA.
