Smt Pratibha Singh is a member of the Lok Sabha from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh representing Indian National Congress (INC).

Smt Singh serves on various Parliamentary Committees. In 2004 she was elected to the 14th Lok Sabha and she is, Member, Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment and Member, Consultative Committee, Ministry of Tourism. She is also Member (i) State Planning Board (ii) State Women Empowerment Board and (iii) Central Advisory Education Board.

A political and social worker by profession, Smt Singh was the Chairperson, Association for Social Health in India, Himachal Chapter ; Vice Chairperson, H.P. State Red Cross Society; runs home for destitute women and orphan children and also runs crèches. She also works for upliftment of weaker sections i.e. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Women; and has interest in Horticulture and Floriculture.

Smt Singh did her B.A. from Loreto Convent Tara Hall, Shimla and Govt. College for Women, Chandigarh.

She has keen interest in gardening, reading and social work; and preservation of own rich cultural and archeological heritage.
