Representing Vijayawada from Andhra Pradesh in the Lok Sabha, Mr. Lagadapati is presently an active member of the Committee on Urban Development and the Committee on Provision of Computers to MPs, Offices of Political Parties, and Offices of LSS.

After completing his schooling from Loyola Public School, Guntur, Mr. Lagadapati went on to pursue his mechanical engineering from Siddhartha Engineering College.

An industrialist and a social worker, Mr. Lagadapati is associated with various social and cultural programs such as the Red Cross and the Lanco Institute of General Humanitarian Trust (LIGHT). He is also a member of various business organisations, namely, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, the Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce, All India Manufacturers Association, and many more.
